TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting and signing this application to Connected Method LLC, doing business as Recalibrate (“Recalibrate”), you agree to the following:

Nature of Services

Recalibrate provides coaching and consulting services only. No guarantees are made regarding specific results, outcomes, or financial performance.

Client Responsibility

You confirm that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you will participate honestly, ethically, and responsibly in the process.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 48 hours or more from the upcoming session, your payment will be refunded. Cancellations within less than 48 hour window are non-refundable.

Recalibrate Jumpstart

Recalibrate Jumpstart includes two (2) strategy sessions and in-between support. The second strategy session must be scheduled and completed within ninety (90) days of the first session. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire.

Relationship

Recalibrate operates as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment or agency relationship.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with jurisdiction in Maricopa County.

Acceptance

By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
