Founder note
Recalibrate began as my personal experiment in my thirties after rebuilding after a difficult chapters. After a life of chasing external results I realized I needed to optimize at the level of self-concept.
It was reinforced by working with leaders as a coach and MBA lecturer.
Over the last decade, Recalibrate has evolved into a method used by founders and leaders around the world. My mission is simple: help you design a life and identity that can hold the scale of your ambition.
